Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking full-time (30 hours per week) Fitness Floor Attendants to join the team at one of the premier fitness facilities in Bentonville, Arkansas In this role, you'll help create a welcoming member experience while demonstrating and instructing proper use of fitness equipment.

Various shift times are open at the moment, possible schedules below:
Morning shift workers: (5:00 AM-11:00 AM on weekdays, and 7:00 AM-1:00 PM on weekends).
Mid-day shift workers: (11:00 AM-5:00 PM on weekdays).
Closing Shift: (from 4:00 PM to 10:00 on weekdays, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM on weekends).
Currently seeking weekend shift coverage as a top need, but some weekday shifts are also needing coverage.
Responsible for providing exercise floor supervision and interacting with members and program participants within the fitness center.

The compensation range for this role is $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
