Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused, part-time (24 hours/week), Fitness Coordinator to join our team! Hours are Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 8:00am-4:30pm.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Fitness Coordinator:

• Develop & teach fitness programs utilizing our Aquatic & Fitness Centers
• Schedules and oversees Fitness Instructors
• Perform fitness assessments and equipment orientations

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Associate's degree in Health Education/PE or a related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience required, preferably in designing, implementing, and coordinating fitness programs for seniors.
• Group exercise instructor certification, CPR/AED certification, and First Aid certification required.
