RACV Healesville Country Club provides guests with the perfect Yarra Valley retreat. Our Fitness Centre is fully equipped with a 25-metre heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and group fitness room.

A day in the life
As a Fitness Consultant, you’ll use your strong work ethic, solid organisational skills and out-going, friendly personality to provide exceptional customer service to all our members.
This position focusses on conducting Fitness assessments, program writing and taking group fitness training sessions. You will be able to create specialised exercise programs and perform detailed health assessments. We will need you to have strong administration skills to be able to track and maintain client files.

We’re looking for…
Previous experience as a group fitness instructor desirable
Availability Monday and Wednesday afternoon/evenings
A Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualified highly desirable
A passion for the health and fitness industry and a strong desire to exceed member expectations
An up to date Working with Children check.
An in-depth understanding of group fitness training techniques
The ability to interact and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people
Strong motivational skills with the drive to help guests achieve their goals and the willingness to learn and continuously improve
