Salary Range: $60,000 - $63,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance.

Your mission is to be the motivational anchor of our training tiers, ensuring the seamless delivery of every workout and coaching session at Pacific Corporate Towers. You don’t just "run a class"; you set the stage for vitality, ensuring every weight, mat, and recovery tool is positioned with house proud precision. By owning the energy and flow of the fitness floor, you provide the expert foundation that fuels your members' physical performance and personal bests from the moment they begin their first set.
You translate training plans and fitness schedules into seamless workouts on the gym floor. You manage all session logistics—from preparing equipment to coordinating smooth exercise transitions—ensuring even high-intensity classes run efficiently. By staying organized and calm under pressure, you maintain a professional, premium environment where clients can focus entirely on their training.
