GYMGUYZ is looking for a motivated, results-driven Fitness Assessment & Sales Manager who combines fitness knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills.

This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity with earning potential directly tied to your performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conducting fitness assessments, presenting training programs, closing sales, and helping grow a successful fitness business.

Important: This is an assessment and sales position, not a personal training role. You will conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations, while ongoing training sessions will be handled by our assigned Personal Trainers.

Position Overview

The Fitness Assessment & Sales Manager is responsible for conducting initial fitness assessments, consulting with prospective clients, recommending appropriate training programs, and converting leads into new GYMGUYZ clients.

Success in this role is measured by:

• Number of fitness assessments completed.
• Assessment-to-sale conversion rate.
• New client acquisitions.
• Monthly sales production and revenue.
• Lead follow-up and pipeline management.
• Successful client onboarding and handoffs.

What You'll Do

Fitness Assessments & Consultations

• Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with prospective clients.
• Understand client goals, fitness levels, and individual needs.
• Recommend appropriate training programs and packages.
• Present the benefits of GYMGUYZ personalized, in-home fitness services.

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Follow up with incoming leads and prospective clients.
• Present pricing, training packages, and available program options.
• Confidently address questions and objections to close sales.
• Convert assessments and consultations into new client enrollments.
• Meet established sales and conversion targets.
• Identify opportunities for referrals and additional sales.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate the transition of newly enrolled clients to their assigned Personal Trainers.
• Communicate relevant assessment findings and client goals to the training team.
• Deliver a professional and positive client experience from initial inquiry through enrollment.

What You Bring

• Current Personal Training Certification required.
• Previous experience in fitness sales, membership sales, or customer-facing sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting fitness assessments and discussing exercise programs.
• Confident in presenting services, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven by performance-based earnings.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
