ABOUT THE ROLE

Turn your passion for 4WD, automotive accessories and off-road adventure into a leadership career.

We’re launching a new 4WD & fitment concept within our Cannington Superstore and are looking for a Fitment Manager to lead it.

This is a unique opportunity to run a “store within a store”, combining:

• Retail leadership
• 4WD product expertise
• Customer-first, consultative sales

You’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking to build their vehicles — from everyday upgrades to full touring setups.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead the 4WD accessories & fitment category within store
• Deliver expert advice on suspension, bull bars, recovery gear, canopies and accessories
• Provide a consultative sales experience – understand needs, recommend solutions, close the sale
• Drive category sales performance and growth
• Coordinate with customers and team members on fitment requirements and solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers, including enthusiasts, tradies and touring customers
• Coach and uplift team knowledge in 4WD products and fitment solutions
• Operate as part of the store leadership team (Assistant Manager level)
• Take ownership of performance, presentation, and customer experience

ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys working with customers and talking all things 4WD.

You might be coming from:

• A 4WD accessory retailer (ARB, TJM, Ironman, Opposite Lock)
• Automotive retail (Supercheap Auto, Repco, Autobarn)
• A workshop / mechanic / fitment environment

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in automotive, mechanical, 4WD or fitment environments
• Solid knowledge of 4WD products, accessories and upgrades
• Proven customer service and sales capability
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership experience OR readiness to step into a leadership role
• Availability for a retail roster (including weekends – 1 in 3)

Highly regarded:

• Experience booking or coordinating fitment / workshop jobs
• Passion for four-wheel driving, touring or outdoor lifestyle
• Trade or mechanical background
