Job Shift: DayA Part Time Fit Model is expected to try on an assortment of samples and work with the Technical Design team to execute all fittings.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the tech design team and cross-functional team members to ensure that all product fit intent and standards are met.
- Verbally and effectively communicate any fit challenges about the timeline, cost, functionality, and product alignment.
- Process through samples within the allocated time assigned

- Maintain measurements in accordance with fit model requirements.

- Prior fit modeling experience and understanding of Lulus’ body profile standards.
- Knowledge of Lulus clothing and products is preferred.
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy of work.
- Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation.
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at all times.
- Work well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes competing deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
