FIT IT Project management officer H/F
The FIT IT Project Management Officer will intervene in following areas:
- Governance & Committees: Program meetings preparation, FIT IT meeting leading on behalf of the IT Project Director and IT interdependencies management
- Roadmap & Planning: Materialize Milestones, Identify critical path, Define action & track activities
- Interdependencies & Risk Management – Dependency mapping, dependency tracking incorporated in risk management, Identify, Qualify & Mitigate risks Project progress monitoring by tracking updates and deliveries on IT tasks
- Documentation & Quality assurance: Quality Assurance, Quality Planning, Stage Gate
- Team administration – Project Events, Onboarding, Offboarding, Desk management, Logistics + Expenses review
- Budget & Resource management: Contribution to FIT IT Budget monitoring & Contractual follow-up (including Milestone and gate preparation)
Main responsibilities for the position
- Help FIT IT Program Director in transversal program activities
- Ensure a formalized and strong monitoring of project progress and reporting
- Take in charge both transversal communication and transversal mindset within FIT IT teams and Program
- Anticipate next program steps while ensuring the best quality in current
Master's Degree (BAC+5) in technology or engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in Project management tools and techniques.
- Several experiences in IT project management involving many stakeholders
- Certifications in Project management methodology(ies) – such as Prince, PMP, Agile/Scrum and SAFe would be highly appreciated.
- Proficient in the Office Pack (mainly Excel, PPT and Word) + Project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Big Picture, …
- Fluent in at least both French and English
