Medicasa, realtà leader nell'Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata (ADI), cerca Fisioterapisti/e motivati/e e qualificati/e per rafforzare il proprio team nel territorio di Vallo della Lucania.
Valutazione e Progettazione: Valutare le condizioni funzionali dei pazienti al loro domicilio e definire piani di trattamento riabilitativo individualizzati.
Terapia Domiciliare: Erogare trattamenti di fisioterapia (motorie, respiratoria, ecc.) e terapia manuale in autonomia, utilizzando le tecniche e gli strumenti più appropriati.
Collaborazione Integrata: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team multidisciplinare (medici, infermieri, OSS) per garantire un approccio olistico all'assistenza.
Educazione e Supporto: Fornire istruzioni e supporto ai familiari del paziente per favorire il mantenimento dei risultati terapeutici.
Documentazione: Curare l'aggiornamento accurato della documentazione clinica e dei registri di trattamento.
Are you a MATCH?
Laurea in Fisioterapia (o titolo equipollente).
Iscrizione all'Albo Professionale (necessaria per l'esercizio della professione).
Esperienza pregressa (anche breve) in ambito clinico o domiciliare (un plus).
Eccellenti capacità relazionali ed empatia, fondamentali nel contesto domiciliare.
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire efficacemente il tempo.
Patente di guida (B) e disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio di competenza.
