Major Areas of Responsibility
Service

• Follows receiving/purchasing/distribution guidelines
• Understands content of location menus
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines
• Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

Controls

• Thoroughly and accurately uses Levy Purchasing systems (BOSS and more)
• Thoroughly completes all warehouse set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
• Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team

• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
• Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
• Helps fellow team members when necessary

Job Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Lifts and transports up to 75 lbs.
• Walks and stands during entire shift
• English reading, writing and math skills required
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work area
• Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and
  comprehending English

Proposed Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities

• Able to lift and transport up to 75 pounds
• Able to properly use a pallet jack to move pallets around
• Able to read an invoice and compare it to the receiving worksheet associated with the invoice
• Able to understand a transfer sheet and pull the correct product listed on sheet
• Able to use and read a thermometer
• Able to work in cold environments like a walk-in freezer or cooler for an extended period of time
