Job Description

  • Take a lead role in managing overall Trade Finance business and performance 
  • Manage and supervise both Trade Finance Product and Sales teams effectively
  • Assigning KPIs for individal team members for both Trade Sales and Trade Product teams
  • Design and develop local-customized solution to meet specific client’s requirements
  • Ensure that all Trade related matters with clients are being used and executed properly on an end-to-end basis
  • Responsible for PnL of Trade Finance Department (revenue, pricing, costs, etc.)
  • Responsible for Trade assets growth from both increasing the trade utilization on existing clients as well as onboarding new trade clients.
