1. Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive new product initiatives and develop distribution channels to grow revenue streams.
- Enhance distribution effectiveness to improve sales productivity and channel performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to capture strategic opportunities.
2. Franchise Growth & Sales Acceleration
- Lead revenue, volume, and profitability growth initiatives.
- Execute sales campaigns, client engagement programs, and incentive plans to boost frontline performance.
- Partner with internal teams to sustain strong business momentum and deliver financial targets.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
- Facilitate referrals, deal origination, and execution for an excellent end‑to‑end client experience.
- Improve operational efficiency by resolving bottlenecks and enhancing internal processes.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, client mandates, and market standards.
- Promote strong governance and risk awareness across distribution activities.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to uphold robust control frameworks.
5. Strategic Marketing & Channel Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing plans to strengthen product positioning.
- Deliver marketing activities efficiently and in alignment with business priorities.
- Enhance value propositions to improve client acquisition, retention, and wallet share.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience in Treasury & Markets, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Distribution within financial services.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, channel expansion, and achieving business targets.
- Strong understanding of treasury products, fixed income, investment solutions, and distribution strategies.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with multiple business and control units.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in financial institutions.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
Licensing Requirements
- IC Complex 1 License
- Treasury Dealer License
- Bond License
