Job Description

Salary: £27,254 - £28,598 (Plus 10% unsocial hours plussage)

Hours per week: 37 hours

Wiltshire Reablement - Empowering Independence

Our Reablement service empowers individuals to regain and maintain their independence. We offer tailored support that includes expert advice and information, comprehensive needs assessments, the provision of equipment and home adaptations, and focused assistance from our dedicated team of support workers.

As a First Responder Support Worker, you will be to support with Hospital discharges, and be first point of contact for new customers, assessing their needs, compiling a support plan, and attending to needs such as personal care, food preparation and daily living activities as required. To meet the needs of the service, shifts include early morning, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, traveling across the Wiltshire area to carry out customer visits. 

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others, understanding of customer care needs and the ability to compile comprehensive support plans.
