Position Purpose:
The First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing and managing FNOL requests through multiple communication channels, ensuring the accurate initiation and verification of insurance claims. This role serves as a critical link between insurance carriers, adjusters, and internal teams by obtaining and validating claim information, confirming insurance coverage, and maintaining complete and accurate documentation. The position supports the timely progression of claims by identifying and resolving data discrepancies, monitoring pending requests, and routing cases to the appropriate departments. Through adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, and established operating procedures, the FNOL Specialist helps ensure operational excellence, quality outcomes, and a seamless claims handling process while consistently meeting productivity, turnaround time, and performance expectations.
