DHL Supply Chain is looking for a First Line Manager to lead operational teams, drive performance, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of warehouse operations.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and service level targets are achieved across your area of responsibility.
• Manage daily resource planning, monitor operational performance, and take corrective action to address performance gaps and changing priorities.
• Promote a strong safety culture through compliance with health and safety standards, incident management, and behavioural safety activities.
• Coach, develop, and support team leaders and warehouse colleagues, driving engagement, performance, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities, process standardisation, and operational excellence programmes.

• Someone with previous warehouse or logistics operations experience in a supervisory, team leader, or people management role. Essential.
• A confident leader who can manage teams, allocate resources effectively, and maintain performance in a busy operational environment.
• An individual with strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Someone who is passionate about safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results through high operational standards.
• A proactive and resilient person who can adapt to changing priorities and make decisions with minimal supervision.
