Simulation-Based First Aid Trainer - Gladstone

At Real Response, we train people for the kinds of emergencies that don’t follow a script.

We create high-intensity, real-world training environments where participants learn to stay calm, and make life-saving decisions. Our trainers are current or former emergency professionals who know firsthand that real incidents don’t happen in tidy classrooms, and that preparation matters.

As A Trainer, You’ll:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality, simulation-based first aid courses to a range of organisations
• Adapt your delivery style for different client groups, environments, and locations
• Work at our Gladstone office and travel to client sites throughout the region, with optional interstate opportunities
• Receive full training, equipment, and ongoing support from our national training team
• Opportunities to expand into specialist electrical/rescue, fire, tactical, or mental health training (if relevant experience)

You’ll Ideally Have:

• Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or in a similar emergency response role
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Professional presence and ability to engage diverse groups
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122), or evidence of enrolment in TAE40122. or willingness to undertake this prior to employment
