MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage the Admin assistants, ensure that all clients and panel member profiles are maintained and provide administrative support to the MHR office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Manage the administration of the MHR panel members and clients

Lead and supervise a team of people

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION

Diploma/ Certificate in Business Administration

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

1 year of experience in an administrative role

2 years of experience in an administrative role

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrate people management skills
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRS, MHRM (load/update of panel member and client details), Moodle (registration of potential candidates)
Conduct competency-based interviews and performance management
File documents in a systematic and orderly manner
Basic knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Demonstrate knowledge of all administrative-related policies and procedures
Demonstrate sound planning, organising and prioritisation skills
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate conflict resolution and employee relations skills
Demonstrate performance management and coaching skills
Demonstrate customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills
Demonstrate ability to coordinate and monitor administrative workflows and deadlines
Demonstrate knowledge of confidentiality requirements and information security practices (e.g. POPIA)
