As a Senior Associate (Team Manager) in Regulatory Reporting within the Global Finance Regulatory Reporting Solutions team, you will lead a group of professionals responsible for preparing and analyzing regulatory reports for the European Central Bank. You will manage resources, prioritize workloads, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. You’ll foster a collaborative environment, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our reporting processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or knowledge of regulatory reporting and experience with data analytics and data visualization techniques (Tableau).
College or university degree in Finance or a related field.
