Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Fires/Maneuver C2 Systems Instructor to join our team in Okinawa, Japan

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret personnel security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, process, analyze, and evaluate information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Deliver training programs, classroom instruction, and hands-on labs to Marines and joint force personnel.
- Provide subject matter expertise and instruction on Marine Corps Programs of Record (POR) systems, maneuver tactics, fires integration, and collaborative tools.
- Conduct system demonstrations, scenario-driven exercises, and battle staff applications (e.g., COA development, OPORD production, COP maintenance, ISR-to-fires integration).
- Support curriculum development, POI refinement, training material updates, and course evaluations in accordance with SAT-E methodology.
- Mentor and advise Marines on operational employment of maneuver, fires, and C2 systems in alignment with mission requirements.
- Integrate intelligence injects into maneuver and fires staff planning to improve decision-cycle speed and realism during training.
- Collaborate with training commands, program offices, and stakeholders (e.g., MISTC, MEF G-2, CTC, MCSC, TECOM) to maintain training standards and readiness.
- Follow security protocols to safeguard information and systems.
- Support the collecting, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years with military/DoD training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
- Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor, FLEX, DLEC, or equivalent).
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2, Maneuver, Fires, Logistics, Aviation, or Information Management).
- Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst, operator, or instructor highly desired.
