因此，我们正在寻找一位真正具备品牌世界观、文化感知、整合创意与产品审美判断能力的创意负责人。
你不仅需要提出创意，更需要参与一个全新品牌的气质建立、产品表达与长期文化塑造。
岗位职责
- 从品牌精神、用户情绪与真实生活场景出发，建立具有长期价值的创意概念、视觉语言与内容表达方式。
- 主导从创意概念、视觉方向到最终落地的完整创意流程，确保品牌输出具备统一、鲜明且可持续的辨识度。
- 搭建并持续完善品牌审美与视觉体系，建立属于品牌自身的文化感、内容调性与产品表达方式。
- 与品牌营销、产品开发、社交内容、电商与用户体验团队深度协作，推动跨触点整合创意落地。
- 把控整体创意质量，包括产品视觉、拍摄风格、内容表达、包装体验、线下呈现与传播物料。
- 负责 firefly的整体创意方向，包括穿戴产品、宠物产品、联名企划、品牌 campaign、短视频内容、电商视觉与线下体验等。
- 持续关注全球穿戴、宠物、时尚、青年文化、生活方式品牌与 AI 内容趋势，并转化为 fy lifestyle 的创意语言与表达方式。职位要求任职要求
- 8–10 年以上创意相关经验，具备品牌方、广告公司、创意热店、时尚、潮流或生活方式品牌背景优先。
- 具备成熟的整合创意能力，能够独立定义并推进完整品牌项目。
- 具备较强的品牌世界观搭建能力，能够从 0 到 1 建立一个品牌的审美系统、内容系统与表达方式。
- 对产品具备基本判断力，能够理解穿戴与宠物产品的使用场景、功能逻辑、造型语言、材质质感与商品化表达。
- 对视觉、内容、品牌文化与生活方式趋势具备强烈审美判断与系统化能力。
- 对穿搭、宠物、时尚与青年文化领域具备敏锐感知与真实兴趣。
- 具备优秀的提案、沟通及跨团队协作能力，能够将抽象概念转化为清晰、可执行的创意方案。
- 对 AI 创意工具与新内容工作流保持高度敏感，并具备实际应用能力。
