Restoration Technician | Help Your Community Bounce Back

At SERVPRO Team Davis, you are that hero. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Restoration Technicians to help make property damage "Like it never even happened."

What Your Day Looks Like

• Emergency Response: Be the first on the scene to evaluate and stabilize water, fire, and smoke damage.
  
  
• Hands-On Restoration: Perform water extraction, specialty equipment setup, and strategic demolition to prepare a home for rebuilding.
  
  
• Team Logistics: Maintain a high-performance work vehicle, inventorying tools and supplies so you’re always ready for the next call.
  
  
• Customer Connection: Communicate with empathy. You’ll be explaining the restoration process to homeowners during what is often a very stressful time for them.
  
  

Who You Are

• Reliable & Ready: You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends) because emergencies don't wait for business hours.
  
  
• Physically Capable: You’re comfortable lifting 50+ lbs., climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces like attics or crawl spaces.
  
  
• Problem Solver: You have a background in handyman work, construction, or a related field (or you’re just really motivated to learn).
  
  
• Team Player: You enjoy working outdoors and collaborating with a crew to get the job done right.
  
  

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
