The Fire & Security Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding company assets and ensuring a secure, safe working environment at their assigned manufacturing facility. This role includes overseeing site fire protection and security operations, supporting crisis management activities, and performing risk assessments that help prevent financial loss, theft, and fraud. The Fire & Security Supervisor reports directly to the Fire & Security Lead and will primarily work the afternoon shift, serving as an extension of the Lead and enhancing the local security culture across all shifts. However, they should be flexible with their scheduling to ensure customer satisfaction. They can expect to work the occasional weekend or holiday. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and clear communication skills while maintaining a customer‑focused approach. The position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
