The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering innovative, performance-based fire engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and building projects. Depending on your experience and aspirations, you will have opportunities to lead technical delivery, build client relationships, win new work, mentor team members, and contribute to the strategic growth of our Australian and global Fire Safety business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver performance-based fire engineering strategies and solutions.
• Support clients across major infrastructure and building projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams locally and internationally.
• Deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.
• Represent SENER at industry events, conferences and professional associations.
• Support the development and mentoring of the next generation of fire engineers.

About You

Engineer

• Experience delivering fire engineering projects and performance-based solutions.
• Exposure to fire, smoke and egress modelling software.
• Eagerness to work on complex, high-profile projects.
• Strong desire to develop technical expertise and build an industry profile.

Senior / Lead Engineer

• Proven experience managing projects, clients and technical deliverables.
• Strong capability in fire, smoke and egress modelling.
• Ability to lead project teams and drive successful outcomes.
• Experience contributing to business development and market growth.

Principal

• Recognised technical leader within the fire engineering industry.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers and growing technical capability.
• Passion for building and expanding a market-leading fire safety practice.
