Job Description

• Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Organize and lead fire drills, training sessions, and simulations to enhance emergency preparedness.
• Maintain firefighting equipment, systems, and tools in optimal condition and coordinate routine inspections and maintenance.
• Respond to fire incidents, coordinate firefighting efforts, and lead evacuation procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with external emergency services and agencies to ensure effective response and mutual aid in emergencies.
• Investigate fire incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
• Train and mentor fire safety team members on best practices, protocols, and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to fire safety and emergency response.
• Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and audits to contribute to the plant's overall safety culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Science, Safety Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response.
