Fire Investigation and Protection Officer | 10365 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week + extra weekend and Bank Holiday hours (Green Book), average 42 hours per week inclusive of 1 weekend in 4 standby duty + extra Bank Holiday hours (Grey Book) | £37,280 to £39,152 per annum (Scale I) | Kings Lynn

This vacancy is open to both Green book and Grey book applicants.

Applications are invited for the post of substantive Fire Investigation and Protection Officer, based in the Western District. The working hours will consist of 37 hours Monday to Friday (Green Book), Average 42 hours per week Monday to Friday (Grey Book). In addition, you will be required to provide Standby cover for 1 weekend in 4, and 1 Bank Holiday in 4.

The standby hours will be Saturday and Sunday 8am – 4pm each day, this equates to 2 single standby sessions.

Your working hours pattern will be arranged locally with your line manager, in accordance with policies and procedures (i.e. compressed hours, flexitime).
