What we offer
What you will do
As Fire Sales Manager within Johnson Controls you will be responsible for developing and coaching a sales team, securing volume growth, expanding relationships and wallet share with our existing customers, growing new business and growing and maintaining recurring service secured and revenues to achieve organizational objectives. This position will take the lead in growing new customers and accounts by leading the installation and service sales and delivery capabilities in partnership with the sales and delivery teams within the assigned district or branch territory.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $111,100-$173,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
