You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and supporting a range of fire and security systems, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Access Control Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across fire and security systems.
Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, compliant solutions.
Completing minor remedial works and small installations.
Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.
Confident communication and customer-facing ability.
Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
