Key Qualifications and Mandatory Requirements:

• With a strong work background, more than 3 years of relevant work experience abroad
• With supporting documents proving track record of overseas employment
• Can obtain valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from country of work for more than 5 years
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid IELTS certificate (minimum overall band score of 4) or valid PTE certificate (minimum overall band score of 29) is an advantage
• If no valid IELTS/PTE certificate yet, must be willing to undergo and shoulder IELTS/PTE test
• With valid driver's license

Summary of the role:

Install, adjust and maintain electronic fire alarms systems on construction projects.

Skill Requirements:

• Installation of various electronic fire alarm systems.
• Examining and testing alarm systems to diagnose faults.
• Using and applying knowledge of fire alarm systems in the commissioning and maintaining of the system.
• Reading plans and instructions for alarm systems.
• Advising users or correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions when required.
