What you'd do:

• Provide comprehensive service, testing, and installation for fire alarm systems.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to fire alarm systems.
• Perform thorough testing and inspection of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Offer technical support for fire protection system projects and perform administrative tasks as needed.

What you'd need:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems is essential.
• NICET Certification, preferably Fire Alarm Level 2, is highly desired.
• Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire protection codes is mandatory.
