Job Description

We are recruiting a Fire Alarm Service Manager on behalf of a well established company for their branch location in the Fort Myers, FL area This branch is an Edwards distributor and provides integrated solutions for commercial fire alarm systems and low voltage systems in Central and South Florida.

Position Offers:

  • Up to $100k base + bonus opportunity. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Job Duties:

  • Support service team in the field during overflow emergency situations
  • Collaborate with sales team on special projects
  • Provide direct supervision for projects to ensure proper execution of services
  • Coordinate equipment rental projects
  • Ensure service team adheres to training standards to include safety policies and procedures
  • Resolve personnel issues with the assistance of human resources
  • Assist in the annual budget process by forecasting operating expenses and billing

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Previous fire alarm technician experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Previous experience working as a Fire Alarm technician performing system services, inspections, installations
  • Read and understand technical manuals, as well as be able to troubleshoot and repair
