We have an opportunity for a Fire Alarm Project Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Managing Director, in this role you will oversee the Alarm function across both the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. In this role you will be responsible for: managing contracts within budgeted cost structures; developing relationships with main contractors and subcontractors; achieving budgeted turnover and gross results on alarm installation and upgrade work; managing project resources and co-ordination of all site activities. You will make sure contract milestones are achieved within time, budget and design parameters and ensure health & safety measures are appropriate and enforced for every site.
In addition you will lead a team of dedicated Alarm Technicians; ensuring that they have the support and resources required to do their work to the highest standard.
