Fire Alarm Inspection Technician – Life Safety Systems | Field Service Role

Location: Tulsa OKEmployment Type: Full-Time

Join a leading fire protection provider as a Fire Alarm Inspection Technician, responsible for inspecting, testing, and servicing fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes. This field-based role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in fire alarm systems and a commitment to life safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect & Test: Fire alarm panels, field devices, and detection systems per NFPA 72 and local regulations.
• Support Installations: Assist with system installs and ensure proper wiring and device placement.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Provide minor repairs and technical support during inspections and service calls.
• Document Work: Maintain accurate inspection reports and service records for compliance and billing.
• Respond to Service Calls: Support emergency and routine service calls with professionalism and urgency.

What You Bring:

• Experience inspecting fire alarm systems and working with low-voltage electronics
• NICET certification is preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
