As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a talented Fintech Legal Counsel to join our team and help shape the future of digital finance.

No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting the launch of a new payment product, the next negotiating a strategic partnership with an international technology provider, and the day after advising management on expansion into a new European market.

This is not a traditional legal role.

It is an opportunity to work at the heart of a technology-driven business, supporting product innovation, international growth, strategic partnerships, and business transformation across multiple European markets.

What will you do?

As Fintech Legal Counsel, you will work closely with executive management, product teams, software developers, compliance specialists, commercial teams, and external partners to help turn ideas into products and opportunities into growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, technology, partnership, and vendor agreements
• Providing practical, business-oriented legal advice to management and business teams
• Supporting the development and launch of innovative fintech products and services
• Advising on strategic partnerships with banks, payment institutions, card schemes, merchants, and technology providers
• Participating in international expansion and market-entry projects
• Supporting regulatory, corporate, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
• Identifying legal risks and proposing commercially viable solutions
• Coordinating external legal advisors and stakeholders
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to fintech, payments, technology, and digital services

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate complex legal matters into practical business solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and attention to detail
• Interest in technology, innovation, and digital financial services
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, or other regulated industries will be considered a strong advantage.
