You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Tech, and Marketing, turning complex strategies into seamless reality. Responsibilities:

• Architect Efficiency:
• Don't just follow processes—build them. You’ll redesign internal systems and launch new features that kill pain points for both our users and our team.
• The Ultimate Connector:
• You are the "glue" between global teams. You’ll rally stakeholders from Product to Customer Service to ensure everyone is rowing in the same direction.
• Drive the Roadmap:
• You won't be in the dark. You’ll own the business roadmap, tracking targets and reporting directly to the leadership council on our wins and milestones.
• Data-Driven Strategy:
• Use trading data, user behavior, and market trends to design the future operations structure of the exchange.
• Guardian of Quality:
• Ensure every new product launch is flawless. You’ll set the pulse for the team to ensure we deliver high-quality service on a strict timeline.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of working experience, including time spent in product management, project management, business operation office, or other relevant experience in fast moving environment.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
• Strong logical thinking capability to consume information and develop constructive and detailed project execution plans to solve real business problem.
• Project management skills to interact with different stakeholders, to collect information, build up frameworks, and follow through the execution and monitoring of outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders, leadership team, and coworkers are crucial.
• Passionate in financial technology industry and are eager to take new challenges to adopt market trends.
• Appetite to take smart risks in a fast-moving fintech business environment.
• Team player who doesn’t mind to roll up your sleeves to do the day-to-day work.
• Experience in fintech industry, such as payment or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Experience of implementing BI tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Power BI is a plus.
• Education from business administration or the relevant experience is a plus.
