Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support.
- Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and support tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malaga, Spain and embrace a new culture.
