We’re looking for an experienced and driven Finnish-speaking Sales Coach with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales.

At Sweet Communication, you’ll take charge of a motivated team of sales representatives, helping them reach their full potential while driving top results in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate your team of 8–12 sales representatives toward sales targets.
- Build a strong team culture that combines performance, development, and positivity.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen sales techniques.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure consistent quality in all sales activities.
- Act as the key link between management and your team — driving progress and success.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of experience leading or coaching sales teams, ideally within telemarketing or B2C sales.
- A strong background in phone sales and a clear understanding of the sales process.
- Fluent in Finnish with good English or Swedish communication skills.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and knows how to inspire others.
- Result-oriented, organized, and self-driven with excellent communication skills.
