You’ll bring your positivity, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to make every player interaction smooth and enjoyable.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Chatting, emailing, and calling players, helping with their questions

• Handling account and payment requests

• Checking documents (KYC) and ensuring smooth transactions

• Running basic security checks

• Sharing ideas and feedback to improve service and tools

Every day is different, fast-paced, social, and rewarding.

Requirements

Who you are:

• Fluent in Finnish (and comfortable in English)

• A great communicator with a friendly, proactive attitude

• Interested in sports, casino, or online entertainment

• Ready for shift work and a dynamic environment

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
