In this vital role, you will assist our Finnish-speaking clients with their inquiries related to mobile banking, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience using our services.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking services, app functionality, and account management
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex client issues
- Educate clients on best practices for safe and effective mobile banking
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mobile banking systems and technologies is a plus
