Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer support via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Guide customers through our gaming products and services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service quality standards.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new cultural experience.
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
