Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Timely and effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Guide customers through our gaming offerings and services to enhance their enjoyment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high-quality service.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collect feedback from customers and use it to suggest service improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to continually develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
- A keen interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
