• This role is based in Malta on a hybrid model, with the first 6 months fully worked from the office.
• Our schedules follow a rotating pattern to provide flexibility. The earliest day shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, and the latest day shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm. Shift start times may vary between 6:00am and 2:00pm depending on the week. For night shifts, there are two possible schedules: 9pm to 5:30am or 10pm to 6:30am.
• Salary: €26,000/year + Benefits

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Agent:

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues for our players via live chat and email.
• Assist and guide customers through the website, helping with navigation, account creation, and management.
• Collaborate with other teams, including Payments & Fraud, to maintain a secure and trustworthy gaming environment.
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and relay important information to relevant departments.

What We Look for in Our Candidates:

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry or similar fast-paced online services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
• A team player who can equally thrive when working independently.
• Adaptability to work various shifts, including late evenings and weekends, catering to our global customer audience.
