Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Agent - Join Us in Greece!

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you dream of working in one of Europe’s most vibrant countries? We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Greece - either on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in the country (we’ll ship the equipment to you!).

About the Role: As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a dynamic, international team supporting well-known global brands. Your role will involve handling inquiries and providing excellent service to customers via multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email in Finnish and English.

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information.

• Building positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Following company procedures, management guidelines, and sharing valuable feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Advanced Finnish skills (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written.

• Good English skills (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.

• Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette, active listening, and excellent written communication.

• A willingness to learn, develop, and approach challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Motivation to relocate and build your life in Greece.
