Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Retail Department in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and concerns related to our online retail platform.
Your fluency in Finnish will be essential as you help clients navigate product information, order processing, and address their questions effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service in Finnish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and online shopping policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining clear records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our services and product offerings
- Stay updated on promotions and new product launches to better assist customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for retail
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and providing outstanding service
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
