Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Finnish and English through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Stay informed about product offerings and updates to assist customers better
- Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
