Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Finnish Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Athens, Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the first contact for our Finnish-speaking users, assisting them with various inquiries related to our ride-sharing services. Your fluency in Finnish will play a key role in delivering a superior experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries about ride requests, payment issues, and app functionality
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Guide customers on the effective use of our ride-sharing app and services
- Gather user feedback to help improve product offerings and customer service
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or transportation sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, customer-centric attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or similar technology is a plus
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
