Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Finnish and English through various communication platforms
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
