The Finishing Person – AM will assist in final product finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met before dispatch.
Assist in finishing, trimming, and final quality checks
Ensure finished products meet quality and appearance standards
Report defects or finishing issues to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and organization in finishing area
Support packing and dispatch activities when required
1–2 years of experience in finishing or production role
Understanding of basic finishing and quality standards
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit for factory work
Bachelor's education preferred
