Finishing Operator| Sunday- Thursday

This position is from Sunday- Thursday 11pm-7am.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for operating the coater at top efficiency.

I. Essential Duties:

Operate the coater at top efficiency Control the latex adhesive and Precoat process by LCS HMI to ensure proper application Make sure the carpet is dry at the proper back temperature Set Coater Speed, Operate Main Tenter and End Dam Guides, and Monitor all Coater Alarms.

Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb steps Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations Must participate in group stretching prior to shift

Communication is important with all employees on the line. Alert Supervisor of potential issues with the equipment. Must be applicable to all JHA’s
