Job Description

We are looking for a reliable team member for a 3rd shift position in our Finishing Department.

Hours are Sunday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am.

Rate is $18.00/hour plus a 15% shift differential.

Set up RotoControl machine with blades and nip rollers. Work under a strobe light to review and inspect labels as they come off press for quality defects.

Use box cutters and scissors to cut the web to make splices with tape.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical skills
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read and write English
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to use, read and interpret scientific measurement and inspection tools devices.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus: visual acuity correctable to Snellen 20/20 is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Team player and good communication skills.
• Good attendance record.
• Ability to maintain highest safety standards.
• Ideally the candidate will have prior similar printing experience.
