Salary: Up to €65,000

Overseeing: Subcontractors & snagging labourers
Our client, a market-leading residential developer, is seeking a Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of residential construction. This role involves unit handover management, snagging coordination, and subcontractor oversight, ensuring quality and programme targets are met.
- Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
- Programme Management: Monitor and report on target delivery programmes, RTS/RTO dates, and take proactive steps to prevent delays.
- Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct continuous onsite inspections, raising and resolving issues promptly.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee subcontractors and service providers to meet testing, commissioning, and handover deadlines.
- Snagging & Handover: Manage snagging labourers and subcontractor closeouts, ensuring an efficient and high-quality handover process.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure sign-off sheets, IFCOs, and site documents are properly maintained using DMS (Zutec).
- Customer Engagement: Liaise with homeowners and potential purchasers, ensuring best-in-class customer service.
- Aftercare Support: Address aftercare issues efficiently and escalate recurring issues to the aftercare team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the Site Administrator, Completions Coordinator, and Sales Team.
